Pup-lates at Zoom Room!

Good girl!
"Using equipment you’d find in a human gym, your dog will learn core control and develop athleticism, balance, and strength. Perfect for dogs recovering from injuries, senior dogs, or those dogs that could stand to lose a few pounds."

Front paws on the peanut!
Riley had a blast at her first Zoom Room Pup-lates class! Our awesome trainer, Kim Rappaport, recommended the class when she learned that Riley was recovering from her 2nd knee surgery.

Elbows on the peanut!
The series of pictures I took show how we started with the easy challenge of putting front paws on the exercise peanut then we progressed to elbows on the peanut and the last challenge was sitting on the peanut.

Good sit!
These are just a few of the many exercises we did. Riley had so much fun and we are looking at picking up some of these inflatable exercise tools for doing some training at home. It's a great form of low-impact exercise that helps to strengthen and tone muscles, which is especially helpful for dogs recovering from injuries. Riley gives Pup-lates at Zoom Room two paws up!
